Old Mill in Cadignano, Italy | Listed building conversion | Hospitality

2016-2017 | Listed Building (XII Century) within Conservation Area | +700 sqm | Preliminary project for conversion into a Guest House

The oldest part of the building was constructed during the 12th centu-ry and with various extensions
and alterations, continued to function as a mill until the 1960’s when Brescia Hospital –
which purchased it during the early part of the 19th century – ceased using it.
The mill, its millrace and the wooded grounds within which it is located, provide a unique opportunity
within this area of North Italy for the development of either an exceptional private residence
or a hospitality based commercial venture.
